Mark Tennant
Chairman
Mark Tennant is the Non-Executive Chairman of Bluerock. As a highly-experienced banker, Mark has taken up senior roles at JP Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank, Hill Samuel, Fidelity and Hambros Bank. In August 2009, he became Chairman of Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE).
Francesco Scarnera
CEO, Directors of Card and Payments and International Business
Francesco is an Executive Director of Bluerock Consulting (part of the BE Group) and heads up the European Cards and Payments practice. Francesco is an experienced senior business advisor to retail financial services organisations and a results-orientated strategist, recognized thought leader in the Loyalty and Customer Engagement arena. With experience of delivery projects from banks start up, portfolio and business acquisitions, strategy definition, pioneering innovation initiatives, development of co-marketing partnership and revenue enhancing activities. Assignments successfully delivered with a number of blue chip clients range from business spin-off, due diligence for business acquisition to change programmes effectiveness and managed services transition.
Andrea Angrisani
Partner at BEE Consulting, Co-CEO of Bluerock Consulting
Until January 2008 he was the Head of Organisation at Capitalia Informatica, the company which manages the IT and back-office operations of the former Capitalia group. Prior to that he worked as a management consultant at A.T.Kearney for six years and, earlier still, he was in England (where he participated in a start-up which merged into the company which is now Diamond Management & Technology Consultants). He is an accredited faculty member at LUISS Business School on the topics of BPR (Business Process Reengineering), change management, business processes and IT outsourcing.
James Curzon
Director of Retail Banking
James is the Partner leading the Retail Banking Practice within Bluerock Consulting. James has over 15 years' experience within the Financial Services sector. He has shaped and led major Transformation and Change programmes across the Retail Banking and Cards/Payments domain. James operates with executive level clients and has detailed expertise in Business/IT Transformation, Change Management, Integration, Business/IT Strategy, Operating Model Development, Benefits Realistion and Complex Programme Delivery. He has held senior consulting positions at Ernst and Young, EDS, French Thornton and most recently joins us from The Capital Markets Company (Capco) where he was an Associate Partner.
Vaughan Jenkins
Director of Life & Pensions
Vaughan is Bluerock's CEO and Director of Life and Pensions. He has over 25 years experience in the financial services sector and has held director and principal level roles on the client side and in management consultancy. He has written and lecturedon Proposition Innovation, e-Distribution and has first-hand experience of making strategy happen, including developing propositions and managing portfolios ofcompeting projects. He has recently completed work on online financial planning; direct to consumer e-business strategies, workplace marketing and RDR readiness assessment.
Bob Heath
Director of Asset Management
Bob has over 15 years of experience of helping clients in the Financial Services industry achieve sustainable business change, mainly as a management consultant but also in line roles in a multinational service provider. Bob has considerable knowledge of the financial markets and specific expertise in both outsourcing and project management.
