Current Vacancies: professional staff
Bluerock is seeking for outstanding candidates holding:
- Excellent academic track in the following faculties: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Engineering.
- Interest or experience in Financial Institutions or consulting, with particular focus on Cards & Payments and Retail Banking.
- Fluency in English and preferably in one of the following foreign languages: Italian, German, French.
- Ability to work in team, intellectual curiosity, strong communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and enthusiasm, flexibility, problem solving skills.
Prior experience in consulting will be considered a plus.
Potential areas:
The interest is focused on profiles that, in their academic and professional path have dealt with subjects related to the areas of Marketing and Innovation Management (preferably in the retail banking / financial services), Cards and Payments, Finance and Asset Managementand that show interest in gaining professional experience in consulting.
Open positions:
Consultant (0-3 years experience, approximately)
Senior Consultant (3-6 years experience, approximately)
Manager (6 +)
